Have you ever thought about what it would be like for a person of color to grow up ski racing? Have you ever thought about how little diversity there is in the sport, and why? Well hot dang we get into it in this episode. Mallory Duncan is an independent sales rep with his own agency, a sponsored skier, and all round rad human. As a person of colour, Mallory fleshes out his story, speaking on his experiences as an athlete. From growing up with the support of the National Brotherhood of Skiers (NBS) as a competitive ski racer, to a track and field career, to backcountry skiing.
