With several years of working in a ski shop as a tech and within the ski racing world Milena Bauer is on the podcast this week! We wanted to start to shift the conversation from our frustrations with the industry to what we can actually do about the female identifying experience in these spaces. Growing up in ski racing, it became clear to Milena that she did not have the same financial privilege as some of the other kids, and we reflect on how this has shaped her as a coach in molding the way that our next generation treats each other, and encouraging more girls to work in ski shops. We came up with some potential solutions to our frustrations!
