Welcome to the Out of Collective’s newest show, Out of Office, hosted by the usual suspect, Adam Jaber. Out of Office is a news show focusing on bringing you all of the hottest topics and news from the outdoor industry in a weekly fashion. We all fall into the trap of seeing news on social media and instantly forgetting about it, so we hope this can serve as a tool to dive deeper into topics pertaining to all things outdoors in whatever season we are in and give everyone a better understanding of the sports we all cherish so much. All episodes of Out of Office can be found in the usual spots, though we are particularly pushing and giving new coverage of this show on YouTube. Check it out over there and smash the subscribe button. We will be evolving this via audio + video over time, dialing in our set and news footage. But for now, sit back and watch + listen.

Over at Out of Collective we are working on continuing to push our own boundaries and keep moving forward. With that comes some organizational changes, including a conclusion to 7+ years and 300+ episodes of our flagship Out of Bounds Podcast. We will have more information on that reorganization and what to expect in terms of all of our podcasts soon, so stay tuned. Jaber is still Jaber and will be hosting Out of Office as well as still being the face of most things Out of Collective, no changes there; but, there is something to be said about Out of Bounds wrapping up. For many of us, including myself (Joe) writing this, Out of Bounds has been played through our car speakers driving up to the hill maybe hundreds if not thousands of times over the course of close to a decade. I vividly recall driving 5 hours back to college shuffling the deck of Out of Bounds listening to everything from Jamie Walter and Peter Cirilli on the photo side of things to Wiley Miller and Kyle Smaines’ approaches to big mountain skiing to Stan Rey and Alexi Godbout talking about the original Shift binding that hadn’t been released yet. Heck, some might even remember the original Mr. Adam X interview. Somewhere in all that listening we have all heard Jaber interview someone where something resonated – whether it was about skiing or biking or just regular life. Most definitely we have also all heard Jaber interview someone where the audio sounded like it came out of a potato, but aside from that there are countless memories, quotes, products, stories, and people that are sketched into tens of thousands of listeners brains.
