My guest on the show today is someone very very important in my life. Born in New England, the ties between art and sport have long been central to his work. His camera has taken him all over the world to mountain ranges across the globe working his way up the ranks of the editorial world in snowboarding during his early career. While holding titles as Senior Photographer at Snowboarder Magazine and Staff Photographer for Burton Snowboards, his craft behind the lens has continued to develop as his passion has taken him further into the backcountry. He’s started his own agency, shot too many covers to count, directed or produced movies such as Time, Joy, Burton’s One World and our current project that is yet to be released titled Continuum with Arc’teryx. His name is Aaron Blatt, my best friend, partner, and my absolute favorite photographer ever.
