Ellie is one of twenty-four Red Bull Cliff divers, we talk about what it takes to perform at that level, how 2 seconds can make or break your competition and what’s next for the sport of Cliff Diving. I had so much fun recording this episode as I learned so much from Ellie and dove head first into a sport I know little about.
