An opportunity to experience some of New England’s best enduro mountain biking in a 5-day blind racing event.
Trans New England is a week of racing, riding, and good times; exploring what makes New England mountain biking a unique experience. Taking place in northern New England, Trans-NE aims to bring a unique adventure to participants through “blind” enduro racing and riding. With a mix of terrain and locations, we will bring you to different venues each day across the region.
What is the TNE all about?
Looking for a fully catered week of riding mountain bikes in peak foliage season? This event should be on your radar. All you need to do is show up well-equipped and jump into the event transportation for the trans-enduro vortex. A week later, after riding 5 different venues, visiting multiple states, riding new trails, and trying your hand at racing blind you will be brought back to ground zero and returned to reality.
Be prepared to be on your bike 5-7 hours a day and race 4-7 enduro stages over 3500-5000’ vertical feet. Most stages will be timed for your overall race time, but there will be a few untimed stages left for cruising with your crew and party trains. With a limited field size, the event is as much about growing the mtb community as it is about hunting for a podium position
“Our 2022 edition brought riders to new destinations, and trails not often ridden, let alone raced. We were lucky to have a great weather window and scored on peak foliage on our last day in Maine. The momentum behind the event is growing and we are looking forward to new venues and trails for 2023.”
