We’re talking freeride biking baby! The women’s freeride scene has been going OFF the past couple years. Blake Hansen is a professional mountain biker and certified great human! We talked about Formation, its significance to the sport, its experience, and its progression. We also got deep into the discussion of trans athlete inclusion in sport and some misunderstandings that come along with that. Loved this episode with Blake – happy pride month folks!

Hellooooo firstly I love all of you and all your topics and all your pazzaz. Have been binging all the episodes while working. Wondering if you can post the links to the scientific articles referenced in the description for the podcasts in general? I have a super analytical brain and so reading through articles and processing data that way is helpful for me! Also very interesting and can point me towards scientists doing some amazing work in the outdoor world.
