We talked about Formation, its significance to the sport, its experience, and its progression. We also got deep into the discussion of trans athlete inclusion in sport and some misunderstandings that come along with that. Loved this episode with Blake – happy pride month folks!

Wondering if you can post the links to the scientific articles referenced in the description for the podcasts in general? I have a super analytical brain and so reading through articles and processing data that way is helpful for me! Also very interesting and can point me towards scientists doing some amazing work in the outdoor world.
