Sea Otter Classic – Hot Highlights Days 1-4

The Sea Otter Classic is back in full force this year. After a soft re-launch in October of last year due to a cancelled 2021 spring campaign due to the you-know-what, it’s what it once was, again.

Nearly all major brands have returned and many of them opting to showcase product that had been previously released, just unavailable due to shipping and supply chain issues. We’ve compiled a few of the hot ones for you to drool over, here.

First up, I won’t pretend I want to run rim brakes in 2022, but if I ever did, Cane Creek’s eeBrakes are a work of art. Not a new product, but I’d be damned if we didn’t highlight one of the most beautifully made products at the Otter. A whopping $680 a set gets you 2.8oz (per brake) calipers that are optimized for 25-28mm rims and will make every old roadie you know drop their jaw faster than you on your first group ride of the year.

This Norco Range is a work of art. It’s extremely well spec’d, blinged out color-wise, and has a high pivot that doesn’t look so…well, gaudy. While this is seemingly a limited color-way, that all black C1 is rad. With a 63 degree head angle, 170mm of travel up front, and best served with a coil shock out back (they’re privy to the Fox DHX2) this is a well versed and over capable enduro weapon.   More Updates From The Otter to come… 4/19
