This week on the show we welcome back our good friend Drew Petersen to the program to talk skiing, running, changing the culture in the outdoor industry around mental health and how that’s seen through the lens of his new film project, “Feel It All.” Drew and Adam dive deeper into the mental health conversation that they touch on in his previous appearance on the pod. The importance of talking is front and center. Not only is it what allows us to not feel alone and low points but it’s great practice for when we really need to face dark and challenging times. Things get easier and lighter the more we’re able to openly and honestly discuss things. Shame is rooted in the silence.
