King Pine played host to Granite Backcountry’s end-of-season shindig, Wild Corn, once again for 2024 and this year was off the rails. Featuring booter jumps, fire dancers, ski-mo races and so much more, this is an event that you just can’t miss.
One last storm for the season knocked out all of the power around the King Pine area but who needs electricity? We didn’t.
Granite Backcountry Alliance does a ton of work for the ski community, and showing up to an event like Wild Corn is one of the ways that you can support good people doing good work.
