This week on the show we’re getting super classy, by pairing skiing with delicious meets and cheese with our guests, the lovely ladies of @Charcuteski. Kera Pezzuti and E.J. Elliott are the creators and founders of the Instagram page @Charcuteski which is dedicated to eating salami and cheddar, what could be better! They discuss how the idea started and their mission to turn aesthetically pleasing posts of backcountry snacking into something profitable. Along the way they are also spreading their mission of getting outside the confines of the lodge and saving money in the process. They discuss their future vision for the brand and the steps they’re taking to get there. Along with building out the website and designing tasty merch, their bread and butter, or cheese and crackers, core idea is to build out a service based model. Charcuteski would cut out the middle man or the run to the grocery store run and provide slopeside ready to eat packages for your very own Charecuteski experience. We thought this was going to be a cheesy episode, but what Kera and EJ are doing really is a gouda idea. They’re keeping skiing fun and bellies full.
